Minister Constance R. Cheeks

Asst. Pastor & First Lady of Shiloh Baptist Church.

Minister Cheeks, is Shiloh Baptist Church's "Leading Lady." Minister Cheeks earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from Fayetteville State University in 1992. She yielded and accepted the call to preach in 2009, and was the first-ever female Associate Minister to be licensed at Shiloh in 2011. To further equip for the call, she studied at the Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC in pursuit of a Master of Divinity. Currently, Minister Cheeks serves as the Assistant Pastor and Women's Ministry Servant-Leader.

While establishing a 10 year career at KeyBank Real Estate Capital in Washington, D.C., as a Vice President, Minister Cheeks is a highly sought minister for Sunday Services, workshops, and various conferences. One of her favorite scriptures is Galatians 1:10, "Obviously, I'm not trying to win the approval of people, but of God. If pleasing people were my goal, I would not be Christ's servant".

But these accolades only tell half her story. She is as gracious as they come and genuinely seeks to display the love of God to His people. She eagerly shares her heart and from her lips pour the genuine love of God and the wisdom of a woman who serves Him diligently. For someone who is well on her way to concurring the glass ceiling of corporate America, Minister Cheeks has managed to stay close to the heart of God and continues to reach a hand to others, to help them find their way to the top. Minister Nikki Lerner

Worship Director of Bridgeway Community Church

Vocalist, Songwriter, Musician & Clinician

Nikki Lerner is a gifted vocalist, songwriter, musician, and clinician who has a passion for bringing people together through music and the artistic experience. For over 15 years, Nikki has been performing for audiences of all sizes and all venues and has shared the stage with a diverse array of artists that span several different genres including Michael W Smith, Chris Tomlin, The City Harmonic, Avalon, Vickie Winans and Ron Kenoly.

Nikki’s music has been described by many as “music from the soul.” In her brand-new release, The Things We Never Say, Nikki again teams up with Producer Kevin 131 Gutierrez to create a plethora of beautiful vocals and sounds blending themes of life, love, relationship, and engagement. Nikki has collaborated with an amazing bunch of talented musicians on this project. Nikki also co-wrote the song Love Pursues with WORD Publishing songwriter, Benji Cowart (Redeemed & The Only Name).

Nikki is currently the worship director at Bridgeway Community Church in Columbia, MD, leading a creative collective of over 100 vocal and instrumental artists and performs for a congregation of 4000+ people every weekend both in the seats as well as a live Broadcast online. In addition to solo performances, Nikki is a working studio session singer and vocal arranger for both Indie artists and commercial interests. She continues to be invited all over the country to serve as an artist vocal coach and speaker on issues of multicultural music, cross-cultural communication, and team-building, and even released her first co- authored book entitled Worship Together through Abingdon Press in 2015.

There is no doubt Nikki is an accomplished musician, but her heart for worship shines through in a way that only relationship with an Almighty God could. Her worship is as pure as it is beautiful and we are so excited that she has chosen to help usher you along this journey we are about to embark upon. Come expectant!
